Collect context
Start with the work and the conditions around it.

WINPATTERN METHODOLOGY
How do we know a top-rep behavior is actually meaningful? By comparing relevant situations, testing candidate patterns, preserving evidence, and keeping people responsible for the interpretation.
STEP 1
Start with the work and the conditions around it.
STEP 2
Build relevant comparisons rather than celebrating one successful call.
STEP 3
Look for observable differences that may be teachable.
STEP 4
Test whether a candidate pattern is strong enough to review.
STEP 5
AI proposes patterns. Humans decide whether they become organizational guidance.
STEP 6
Treat every skill as revisable guidance, not permanent truth.
A NECESSARY LIMIT
WinPattern does not claim that an observed behavior alone causes a deal outcome. Customer need, product fit, pricing, timing, territory, rep experience, and many unobserved factors may influence results.
The purpose of the method is to produce evidence-linked candidate skills that informed people can examine, test, and revise—not universal claims about how every deal is won.
